My Coffee and Tap Water are not friends

So I found out this week that my "hard" tap water does not play nicely with my coffee grinds! It turns out that I wasn't going crazy by thinking my coffee tasted strangely sweet and mineral-heavy. My hero? A Brita Filter. Now I can get back to enjoying my morning cup of coffee. Speaking of which...
